omg, you guys, dune: awakening is finally coming to playstation 5 on september 22, and i am beyond hyped. this open-world survival game has been out on pc for a while now, but the ps5 version is supposed to be the best one yet, with a bunch of new features and enhancements that'll make the experience even more immersive.



so, for those who don't know, dune: awakening is set on the iconic planet of arrakis, where you have to survive and thrive in a pretty harsh environment. the game has a cinematic storyline that explores an alternate universe where paul atreides was never born, which is a pretty mind-blowing concept. and the best part is, the game has been optimized specifically for the ps5, with tailored ui and controls that'll make the experience feel super smooth.



one of the coolest things about the ps5 version is the new single-player mode, which is a major addition to the game. previously, the game was only multiplayer on pc, but the devs have been working hard to create a solo experience that's just as engaging. they've even simulated other players competing for objectives, so it feels like you're still part of a bigger world. and, as an added bonus, you can customize the gameplay to your liking, making it easier or harder depending on your preferences.
