omg, you guys, no man's sky just dropped a huge update called the swarm and i am beyond hyped. it's like, this game is already 10 years old and still getting major updates, which is kinda crazy. anyway, this new update is all about taking on some giant, ominous threat in space combat, and it sounds amazing.



so, from what i've heard, players will be divided into three factions and have to work together to figure out what's going on with this new threat, called the hive of glass. it's like, a giant, foreboding thing just hanging in the sky above planets, and we have no idea what it is or what it wants. i love that we'll have to cooperate and strategize with other players to take it down - it sounds like so much fun.



the update also brings some epic space battles, which is like, the core of sci-fi, right? we're talking hundreds of ships and robotic drones, and this huge laser that can destroy entire freighter fleets. and on top of that, we'll have to investigate and salvage crashed drones on planets, which sounds like a total blast. we'll even get to use that new gravity gun we got earlier this year, which is just the coolest.

i'm also super stoked about the rewards we'll get for taking down the hive. i mean, who doesn't want a full suit of retro sci-fi armor, or a new rifle, or a huge new jetpack? it all sounds so awesome. and the best part is, we'll be able to see how our contributions to the war effort are making a difference, both in the anomaly and the galactic atlas. i'm definitely going to be keeping an eye on that.
