omg, you guys, have you heard about the new multiplayer mode in call of duty: modern warfare 4? it's called kill block and it's literally going to change the game. the devs at infinity ward are launching this new mode on october 23, and i am so hyped. apparently, kill block is like a live-fire training environment where the map changes every single match, so you'll never play the same game twice.

the way it works is that there are these modular sections called "slabs" that get rearranged between matches, creating over 500 possible configurations. it's like a big puzzle, and you'll have to adapt super fast if you want to survive. the map is set in this cool training facility with all sorts of obstacles and hiding spots, and it's inspired by some of the classic locations from the modern warfare series. i love that they're mixing old and new like this - it's going to be so much fun to explore.

one of the coolest things about kill block is that the weather can change too, thanks to these fancy weather simulation arrays. it's not just for show, either - the weather actually affects the gameplay, like when your gun gets all wet and icy. and with the new movement mechanics in modern warfare 4, you'll have to be super tactical and creative if you want to come out on top. i'm a bit worried that it might be overwhelming at first, but i'm sure we'll all get the hang of it soon.

kill block is just one part of the bigger multiplayer picture, though. modern warfare 4 is also launching with 12 core 6v6 maps, plus two more that are coming soon after. and let's not forget all the other modes, like party modes andRead more: Full article on blog.playstation.com
