omg, you guys, i just found out that ace combat 7 is on sale on steam for 80% off, and i'm totally freaking out. i mean, i've been hearing so many good things about this series, and now that ace combat 8 is coming out in october, i think it's the perfect time to jump in. plus, the sale is only on for a limited time, so you should totally grab it while you can.



i have to admit, i was a bit skeptical about ace combat at first. i mean, it's not exactly the kind of game i usually play, but after hearing all the hype, i decided to give it a try. and oh man, i'm so glad i did. the game is literally everything i wanted and more - the planes are all super detailed, the missions are so varied and intense, and the story is actually really engaging. it's got this perfect balance of action and drama that just keeps you hooked.



one of the things that really stood out to me was the tone of the game. it's like, super serious and militaristic on the surface, but underneath, it's just this glorious, over-the-top melodrama. i mean, the cutscenes are like something out of an anime, with all these dramatic narrators and epic music. and the best part is, it's not just the story that's like this - the gameplay itself is just as intense and dramatic. you'll be dogfighting with enemy planes, navigating through crazy obstacles, and just generally having the time of your life.
