omg, you guys, there's this new star wars game called zero company and it's all about tactics and strategy, kinda like xcom, but with a star wars twist. the thing that's got me super excited is that you can play as a jedi padawan, tel-rea, who's basically a total rockstar with her dual lightsabers and force push abilities.

but, here's the thing - you only get one tel-rea, and if she dies, she's gone for good. no reviving her or training a new jedi to take her place. i guess this is to stop the game from getting too easy, since jedis are kinda overpowered in the star wars universe. i'm not sure how i feel about this, though - part of me loves the challenge, but another part of me is all "noooo, not my tel-rea!"

on the other hand, you can have a whole squad of r2-d2s, which is basically the best thing ever. i mean, who wouldn't want a team of cute, resourceful astromechs running around and kicking butt? it's like the ultimate fantasy come true. and, apparently, the devs are really into r2-d2, too, because they've given him some awesome abilities and moves.
