omg, you guys, i just got my hands on the yolocam s3 and i'm still trying to figure out how i feel about it. it's definitely a unique webcam - the build quality is insane and the image is, like, whoa. but at the same time, it's missing some features that i consider pretty basic, like a microphone. i mean, how many of us use our webcams for meetings or online hangouts? it just seems weird to have to use a separate mic with this thing.

so, let's talk about the specs. the yolocam s3 has this crazy 4k capture at 30 fps, or 1080p at 60 fps. it's also got a pretty wide diagonal field of view at 82 degrees, and the sensor is 1/1.28 inches - apparently one of the largest in a webcam. it's connected via usb type-a to usb type-c, and it's actually pretty lightweight at 185g. the stand is also super secure, thanks to a strong magnet that clips onto your monitor. i was a bit surprised by how small it is, though - it's only 47.5 x 74.4 x 48.5 mm with the mount.

now, about that image quality... it's seriously impressive. the 4k capture picks up every detail, which can be a bit intimidating (i mean, who wants to see every rogue hair on their head?). but it's also kind of awesome, because it makes you feel like you're using a real camera. the autofocus is also super fast, and it does a great job of blurring out the background to focus on your face. and get this - it's got a bokeh effect that makes
