so i just heard that there's been some major drama surrounding the helldivers movie - apparently jason momoa is no longer on board to play the lead role. i'm a bit bummed about this, since i was really looking forward to seeing him in the film. he was only just announced as the star a few months ago, so it's pretty surprising that he's already dropped out.



i guess this news isn't directly related to the game, but it's still pretty interesting. meanwhile, in helldivers 2 news, there's a new update coming out called "uncover the truth" that's supposed to make the illuminate even scarier. i've been playing this game for a while now, and i have to say that the illuminate are already pretty intimidating - so i'm a bit curious to see how this update is going to change things.



the game is also getting a new warbond next week, which is focused on exosuits and adds some new mechs and guns to the mix. i love the exosuits in helldivers 2, they're so much fun to play with. and with the new bastion tank and siege breakers warbond that was added recently, i feel like the game is really starting to flesh out its heavy weaponry options. it's nice to see the devs continuing to support the game with new content and updates.
