so i just saw this pretty interesting stat about pc gamers and their ram situations. apparently, a huge 79% of pc gamers are rocking 32 gb or more of ram in their gaming rigs, which is kinda crazy to think about. i mean, i'm used to seeing people complain about the price of ram and how it's getting harder to afford, but it seems like most of us have already taken the plunge and upgraded to some serious memory capacity.

i have to admit, i was a bit surprised by this number. i thought for sure there would be a lot more people still stuck with 16 gb or less, but it turns out that's only about 21% of pc gamers. and get this - 50% of people who responded to the survey have a whopping 32 gb of ram, with some even going all out and getting 64 gb or more. i'm curious to know how all these people are using their ram, and whether they're actually noticing a difference in their gaming performance.

one thing that did stand out to me was the fact that having a lot of ram doesn't necessarily mean you're safe from the effects of the memory crisis. i mean, sure, you might have plenty of system memory, but what about when you need to buy extra storage for your pc or nas box? that's still a total nightmare, and the prices are only getting worse. and let's not forget about the rising costs of pcs, laptops, graphics cards, and all the other hardware that relies on memory. it's like, just because you've got a lot of ram doesn't mean you're immune to all the other problems in the tech world.

i'm also a bit concerned about the future of ram and how it's going to affect our gaming experiences.Read more: Full article on www.pcgamer.com
