omg, you guys, there's a rumor going around that logitech might be releasing a new version of their superstrike mouse as soon as september. like, what even is that? the original one just came out and it's already getting an upgrade? i'm not complaining or anything, but that's pretty fast.

so, apparently this info came from some trusted leaker on a discord server, and they mentioned that there won't be a new sensor, which is fine by me because the current one is already pretty great. they also talked about some upgrades to the main controller and tweaks to the hits system, which sounds cool, i guess. but, like, what does that even mean? i'm not super tech-savvy, so i'll have to wait and see how it all plays out.

i'm kind of curious to see what logitech will actually change about the mouse, since the leaker didn't give away too much. maybe they'll give it a new shell or something to fix some of the weight issues that people have been complaining about. or maybe they'll add some new features to the side buttons. who knows? it's all just speculation at this point. preorders are available at major retailers, if you're interested in getting your hands on one as soon as it comes out.
