so, here's the lowdown - the reservation system kicks off today at 10am pacific time (which is 6pm uk time, for those of us across the pond). it's pretty straightforward: you reserve your spot, and when the controllers are restocked, you'll get an email to place your order. no more frantically checking the steam store every hour, only to find they're still sold out. valve's trying to make the process less "incredibly frustrating" for us, and i appreciate that.
