omg, you guys, there's been another huge leak about assassin's creed hexe, and i am so here for it. apparently, this game is going to be set in würzburg, germany back in 1625, which is like, right in the middle of the witch trials. the whole atmosphere sounds super dark and spooky, and i am loving it.



the leak says that the main character, anika, is a descendant of claudia auditore, who you might remember from assassin's creed 2. and get this - ezio is going to be in the game too, as a sort of mentor figure for anika. i'm not sure how much he'll be around, but it's going to be so cool to see him again. the leak also mentions that anika will be on her own a lot, running from people who think she's a witch, and that sounds like it's going to be super intense.



apparently, the game will have a lot of forests to explore, and mission objectives like finding ritual sites and recovering stolen relics. there's also going to be a skill that unlocks tree-to-tree jumping, which sounds like so much fun. i love that they're bringing back some of the classic assassin's creed elements, but also adding some new stuff to keep it fresh. and with the whole witch trial setting, it sounds like stealth is going to be a big part of the game, which i think is going to be really cool.
