omg, you guys, i just heard about the most insane gaming chair - it's literally a car seat from toyota, and i am obsessed. the concept is so simple, yet genius - take a super comfy car seat and turn it into a gaming throne. i mean, who wouldn't want to sit in a luxury car seat while gaming, right?



apparently, this chair is called the crown seat desk chair, and it's based on the seat from a toyota crown. it's got all the bells and whistles, including powered adjustability, electric heating and cooling, and even a usb type-c charging port hidden in the seatbelt buckle. the attention to detail is crazy - the stitching, the headrest, the bolsters... it all looks so premium and comfy.



but, of course, there's a catch. toyota is only making 70 of these chairs, and they're only available in japan. and the price tag? a whopping $3,500. i know, i know, it's crazy expensive, but can you imagine how cool it would be to own a piece of gaming history like this? unfortunately, it's not like we can just go out and buy one - preorders are available at major retailers, but i'm sure they'll sell out fast.

i've been thinking, though - maybe we don't need to shell out thousands of dollars for a gaming chair. i mean, you could always try to find a used toyota crown car seat and diy your own gaming chair. it wouldn't be the same, of course, but it could be a fun project for someone who's crafty. and who knows, maybe this will start a trend - maybe other companies will start making gaming chairs inspired by car seats.
