omg, you guys, the open beta for marvel tokon: fighting souls is finally here! it's only available until july 27th, so we gotta make the most of it. i'm beyond excited to try out this game, especially since it's from arc system works - they're like, the masters of fighting games. and the best part? we don't need any special subscriptions or registrations to play, just a ps account and a stable internet connection.



so, what can we expect from the beta? well, for starters, we've got 15 out of 20 fighters to play with, including some big names like iron man and black panther. and it's not just about fighting - we can also explore six different locations, chill in the open lobby, or try out the training mode to get a feel for the controls. plus, we've got the first three chapters of the episode mode's amazing guardians storyline to dive into. i'm really curious to see how the story plays out, and i love that we're getting a sneak peek.



but that's not all - arc system works just announced the first dlc fighter, phoenix cyclops, and i am here. for. it. this version of cyclops is inspired by the phoenix five incarnation from avengers vs. x-men, and it looks absolutely stunning. with the phoenix force on his side, scott summers is packing some serious heat. i can already imagine the intense battles we'll have with this new fighter. and the best part? he's just one of four new characters coming to the game in autumn, along with a brand new stage.
