so i just found out about this really cool web tool called eloshapes, and i'm kinda obsessed with it now. basically, it lets you compare the shapes of different gaming mice in 3d, which is super helpful if you're trying to decide which one to buy. i mean, we've all been there - you're browsing online, trying to choose between a few different mice, but it's hard to get a sense of how they'll feel in your hand just from looking at pictures.

i think what's really great about eloshapes is that it lets you compare mice to ones you already know and love. for example, if you're a fan of the logitech superlight, you can see how similar another mouse is to it, which gives you a better idea of whether or not you'll like it. and if you've tried a few different mice before, you can use eloshapes to get a sense of how a new one will feel in your hand. it's not a substitute for actually trying out a mouse, of course, but it's definitely a useful tool to have in your arsenal.

to use eloshapes, you just hover over the "mice" tab and click on "compare", then add the mice you want to compare and select 3d at the bottom. you can choose to compare them side by side or stacked, which is really useful for seeing the differences between them. one thing to keep in mind is that it's better to compare just two mice at a time, or things can get a bit confusing. and if you hover over the name of each mouse, it'll highlight the one you're looking at, even if it's stacked underneath another one, which is a really cool feature.
