omg, you guys, i just found out about this super cool game called moonlight peaks and i am totally obsessed. it's like a farm sim, but not just any farm sim - it's got vampires, werewolves, and warlocks, and they're all so drama-filled it's like a supernatural real housewives show.



so, in moonlight peaks, you play as a vampire who's trying to escape their toxic family and start a new life in the countryside. you get to restore your family's old cottage and start farming, but it's not all sunshine and rainbows. the town is full of feuding supernatural families, and you've got to navigate all the drama to make friends and build a new life. i love how the game has a really cute, chibi-fied art style, but the characters are all so flawed and quirky - it's like they're trying to be the opposite of wholesome.



i've been playing for a few hours now, and i'm really getting into the whole farm sim thing. you've got to manage your energy, water your plants, chop trees, and craft stuff to sell or give to your friends. it's all really familiar if you've played other farm sims, but there are some cool twists - like a spellcasting minigame for watering plants, and a shapeshifting ability that lets you explore hidden areas. and, of course, there are all the townies to get to know and befriend (or romance, if you're into that).
