omg, you guys, i just found the coolest game on steam - it's called blood vial and it's like a crazy mix of splatoon and a vampire fps. i know it sounds weird, but trust me, it's actually really fun. the basic idea is that you play as a vampire who's trying to get revenge on these pseudo-catholic dudes who are trying to kill you, and you have to run around and shoot them while collecting their blood to stay alive.



the thing that makes blood vial really unique is the way you move around - it's kind of like splatoon, where you can swim through the "ink" (in this case, blood) and use it to dodge attacks and get to hard-to-reach places. but in blood vial, the blood is also a kind of health meter, so you have to be careful not to lose too much of it or you'll die. it's a really cool mechanic, and it makes the game feel really fast-paced and action-y.



one of the things i love about blood vial is the way it looks - it's got this retro vibe that's really reminiscent of old-school fps games, but with a kind of dark, gothy twist. the graphics are pretty simple, but they're really effective at creating this creepy, atmospheric world that's just perfect for a vampire game. and the best part is, it's only $5 on steam, which is an amazing price for a game that's this much fun.
