omg, you guys, have you heard about the super mario galaxy movie? it's like, finally happening and i am beyond hyped. the digital release was supposed to drop sooner, but now it's looking like mid-may is the new estimate. i'm a little bummed about the wait, but i know it'll be worth it.



so, the movie has been killing it at the box office, which is amazing. it's actually the most successful film of the year so far, and i'm not surprised. i mean, who doesn't love mario? the film's got a ton of cameos, which is really cool, but apparently that doesn't mean we're getting an avengers-style super smash bros. movie anytime soon. i'm a little sad about that, but i'm also excited to see what other surprises the movie has in store for us.



i just found out that glen powell is voicing fox mccloud from starfox, and i think that's a great choice. the addition of fox to the movie feels like a setup for something bigger, maybe even a super smash bros. film down the line. i know it's not happening right now, but a girl can dream, right? the movie's also got some new characters that were unveiled in the latest direct, and from what i've seen, they look amazing.



preorders are available at major retailers, so if you're as excited as i am, you can go ahead and secure your copy. i'm planning on getting it as soon as it drops, and i'm sure i'll be binge-watching it all day. the switch 2 is also on my radar, but thankfully, the recent memory price rises haven't affected it yet. that'sRead more: Full article on www.eurogamer.net
