so i just found out that tarn adams, the co-creator of dwarf fortress, is basically obsessed with factorio - he's got over 1,400 hours in the game, which is just insane. i mean, i've spent a lot of time playing games, but that's just on a whole other level. apparently, he's also super into terraforming games right now, which is pretty cool.
