so i just heard about this new game called fragmentary order, and i'm super intrigued. apparently, it's a sci-fi shooter that's being developed by a company created by nikita buyanov, who's also the creator of escape from tarkov. i have to admit, i was a bit worried that this new project would mean he's moving away from tarkov, but thankfully that's not the case.



according to buyanov, fragmentary order is just a new passion project that he's been dreaming about for years. he wants to create a proper hard sci-fi game that brings a new universe to life, and it sounds like he's really excited about it. i love that he's not giving up on tarkov, though - he's just exploring a new idea and seeing where it takes him. it's kind of inspiring, actually, to see someone pursuing their passions like that.



so, what do we know about fragmentary order so far? well, it's going to be a sci-fi shooter, and it's set on an intergalactic stage. there's something about fighting to bring back info and precious items, which sounds pretty cool. but here's the thing: we don't actually know if it's going to be an extraction shooter or not. buyanov was asked about it, and he just kind of brushed it off, saying "why do you think it will be an extraction shooter?" which is a bit tease-y, if you ask me.
