ok so you guys might've heard about subnautica 2, the underwater survival game that's been making waves lately. i'm really into it, mostly because of its amazing pixel art style and how it lets me explore this crazy alien ocean. but what's also been going on is a pretty intense legal battle between the founders of unknown worlds, the dev team behind subnautica, and krafton, the company that owns the rights to the game.

basically, the whole thing started when the ceo of unknown worlds got let go, but then he got reinstated, and now he's stepping down anyway. it's all super dramatic, but the good news is that the whole ordeal has come to an end with a settlement between the two parties. i'm not really sure what this means for the future of subnautica 2, but i'm hoping it'll just let the devs focus on making the game even more awesome.

i've been playing subnautica 2 for a bit now, and i have to say, it's really grown on me. the game has this huge open world to explore, and it's so easy to get lost in it. the graphics are stunning, with all these beautiful, glowing sea creatures and plants. and the best part is, you can customize your character with all these cool biomods and upgrades. i've been having a blast unlocking all the different tadpole upgrades and adaptations, and i'm still finding new things to discover.
