omg, you guys, steam just dropped a major update that's literally going to change the way we use our wishlists. i mean, i know i'm not the only one with a ridiculously long list of games i want to play, but never seem to get around to buying. it's like, out of sight, out of mind, right? but now, valve's made it way easier to organize and prioritize the games we really want.



so, the big thing here is custom categories. you can create your own folders, basically, and add games to them as you go. it's super easy to do, and you can even set it up so that when you add a new game to your wishlist, it automatically goes into the right category. and the best part? you can customize your notifications too, so you only get alerts for the categories you care about most. no more scrolling through a million sale notifications just to find the one game you're actually interested in.



i'm also loving the new demo notifications. now, when a game on your wishlist gets a demo, you'll get a heads up, and the demo will even be flagged on your wishlist page. it's like, the perfect way to try before you buy, you know? and the search function's been improved too, so you can find games on your list way faster. plus, the wishlist page itself is just more informative now, with microtrailers and a better layout. it's all pretty slick, if you ask me.
