omg, you guys, kingdom hearts 4 is finally back from the dead. i mean, we all knew it was coming eventually, but it's been so long since we last heard anything about it. it was starting to feel like square enix had forgotten about it or something. but nope, they just dropped a new trailer out of nowhere and it's got me so hyped.



so, the trailer shows off some of the new combat stuff, and it looks insane. sora is zipping around on these magical chains, fighting all sorts of heartless creatures. and we get a glimpse of young xehanort, who's still as creepy as ever. i love how the gameplay is looking, it's like they've taken all the best parts of the previous games and turned them up to eleven.



one of the biggest announcements, though, is that kingdom hearts 4 is coming to pc. yes, you read that right, pc gamers will finally get to join in on the fun. and it's not just a pc release, either - it's going to be fully multiplatform, so you'll be able to play it on nintendo switch 2, ps5, and xbox series x/s as well. i think this is a great move, it means that everyone can play together, no matter what platform they're on.



i'm a bit curious about the story, though. we know that sora is going to be traveling to different worlds, but that's about it. i'm hoping we'll get some more info on that soon, because i need to know what's going on. and with the mobile spinoff missing link getting cancelled last year, i can only imagine that the story is going to be even more complicated than before. preordersRead more: Full article on www.rockpapershotgun.com
