omg, you guys, sony just announced this insane competition where they're gonna scan some lucky winner into gran turismo 7 and other upcoming games. i'm talking like, a full body scan, not just a selfie or something. they're calling it the playerbase scheme, and it sounds like a dream come true for any hardcore gamer.



basically, to enter, you gotta head to the playerbase website and answer a bunch of questions about your gaming history and experiences with playstation. you'll also need to sign in with your playstation account id and share some extra info to participate. it's not just a random draw, though - sony's gonna review all the applicants and pick a shortlist of people to move on to the next round.



the next round is where things get really cool (and kinda intense). sony's gonna invite the shortlisted gamers to do video interviews, where they'll be asked all about their connection to playstation and gaming in general. i'm imagining it's like a job interview, but instead of talking about your skills and qualifications, you're gonna be talking about your favorite games and why you love playstation so much. the person who impresses sony the most will be the ultimate winner, and they'll get to have their likeness scanned and put into gran turismo 7 as a special in-game character.
