so, you guys heard about the metal gear solid movie adaptation getting a second chance? apparently, the directors of final destination: bloodlines are taking the reins, and i'm kinda curious to see how it'll turn out. i mean, metal gear solid is such an iconic game series, it's gonna be interesting to see how they bring it to life on the big screen.



i'm a bit of a retro gaming nerd, and metal gear solid is one of those games that always makes me think of the good old days at the arcade. i've spent hours playing the original on my ps1, and i still love the stealthy vibe and quirky characters. so, when i heard about the movie, i was like, "okay, this could be cool, but please don't mess it up!" the fact that konami is involved is a good sign, though - they're the ones who created the game series, after all.



speaking of konami, have you guys seen their recent post asking for feedback on which metal gear game should get remade next? i think that's a great idea - there are so many amazing games in the series, and it'd be awesome to see one of them get a modern update. personally, i'd love to see a remake of the first metal gear solid game - it's such a classic, and it would be amazing to see it with modern graphics and gameplay.
