oh my gosh, you guys, have you heard about the silent hill 2 remake? it's been doing amazingly well, with over 5 million copies sold already. i'm not surprised, though - the game is literally a masterpiece. and to celebrate its success, konami is hosting a huge sale on the playstation store, which is pretty awesome.



i've been thinking about what makes a great remake, and silent hill 2 definitely hits all the right notes. it's like, the perfect balance of old and new, you know? it takes the classic elements that we all love and updates them for a modern audience. and it's not just me who thinks so - the return to silent hill director is getting a lot of praise for their work on the game. apparently, they're even thinking of adapting another game, which is exciting news.



but what's even more exciting is that the studio behind the silent hill 2 remake, bloober team, just announced that they're expanding their leadership team. this is huge, because it means they'll have even more resources to work on new projects. and speaking of new projects, bloober team has apparently got seven games in development right now. seven! i can only imagine what kind of amazing things they're going to come up with.
