so i just heard that shinji mikami, the legendary director behind resident evil, is teaming up with shift up, the devs of stellar blade. this is pretty huge news, especially since stellar blade is actually looking really cool, with a lot of devil may cry vibes going on. i'm lowkey excited to see what these two can create together, especially since they're talking about making some smaller, more experimental titles alongside a big flagship game.

apparently, one of the first things we'll get to see from this new partnership is the pc release of stellar blade, which is dropping on june 11th. i've been hearing some decent things about this game, and i'm curious to check it out for myself. the action rpg genre is always a good time, and if it's got that devil may cry energy, i'm so down. plus, the devs are already talking about a potential sequel and another game called project witches, so it seems like they're thinking big.

i love that shinji mikami and shift up are open to trying out new things and taking some risks with their games. it's always cool to see devs experimenting with different ideas and styles, and i'm hoping we'll see some really innovative stuff come out of this partnership. of course, we'll have to wait and see how it all plays out, but for now, i'm just gonna enjoy the hype and speculate about what kind of crazy, amazing games these two might come up with.

preorders are available at major retailers, so if you're as stoked as i am, you can already secure your copy of stellar blade. i'm still on the fence about preordering, but i'll definitely be keeping an eye on this game as we get closer to the release dateRead more: Full article on www.rockpapershotgun.com
