omg, you guys, i just heard about this super quirky game called primal repairs and i am totally obsessed with the idea. it's basically a handyman sim, but not just any handyman sim - it's set in a world that's basically a stone-age parody, like the flintstones or something. i mean, who wouldn't want to fix things and help out their prehistoric neighbors in a world where dinosaurs are just, like, a normal part of life?

i love how the game seems to really commit to the bit, with you doing tasks like replacing stone wheels on cars and mowing lawns with a dinosaur on a trolley. and the best part? you've got a velociraptor assistant named velly who can do all sorts of things, from acting as a car jack to giving you a ride. it's like they took all the most ridiculous parts of the flintstones and turned them into a game. and the art style is actually pretty realistic, which just makes the whole thing even funnier.

one thing that's got me a bit curious is how the gameplay will actually work. from what i've seen, it looks like it might be a bit linear, with you just going through a series of tasks and jokes. but the game's page says it's going to be an open world, so maybe we'll get to explore and find our own things to fix and do. i'm a bit worried that it might get old after a while, but at the same time, i'm really hoping it'll be one of those games that's just fun to mess around in.
