omg, capcom is totally crushing it right now! their latest financial report just dropped, and let's just say the numbers are looking pretty awesome. pragmata, their brand new game, has already sold over 2.5 million copies since its release in april. that's a huge deal, especially considering it's a relatively new ip. i mean, i've seen some of the gameplay trailers, and it looks super intriguing - i'm definitely adding it to my wishlist.

one thing that's really cool about pragmata's sales is that capcom says they built a fanbase for the game through some pretty robust promotional activities. it just goes to show that when a company puts in the effort to get people hyped, it can really pay off. and pragmata's not the only game that's doing well - resident evil requiem, which came out back in february, has now sold over 8 million copies worldwide. that's insane! i've heard great things about that game, and i'm a bit tempted to pick it up myself.

but what's really blowing my mind are the lifetime sales figures for some of capcom's biggest series. like, did you know that street fighter has sold over 60 million copies across all its games? that's crazy! and monster hunter is at 131 million - i can believe it, though, since those games are so addictive. but the real champion is resident evil, with a whopping 213 million sales worldwide. that's just ridiculous. i mean, i love resident evil, but i had no idea it was that popular.

it's also worth noting that both pragmata and resident evil requiem are available on a bunch of different platforms, including nintendo switch 2, pc, ps5Read more: Full article on www.eurogamer.net
