omg, you guys, i just heard that phasmophobia's 1.0 launch has been pushed back to 2027. i know, i'm just as disappointed as you are - i've been waiting for this game to finally leave early access for ages. but, apparently, the devs want to make sure everything is perfect before releasing the full version, and i kinda get that. i mean, who wants a mediocre game, right?

so, it seems like the team has been working hard to get everything just right, and they're not willing to sacrifice quality for the sake of meeting a deadline. i can respect that, even if it does mean we have to wait a bit longer. and, let's be real, it's not like they're just sitting around twiddling their thumbs - they've got a whole roadmap planned out for 2026, with four events, three new maps, and a total overhaul of the player characters. that sounds like a lot of work to me.

i'm also super excited to hear that phasmophobia is coming to the switch 2 - i've been playing it on pc, but it would be so much fun to play with my friends on the go. and, of course, there's the whole alan wake 2 crossover event happening, which sounds like a total blast. i've never played alan wake, but i've heard great things, so i'm looking forward to checking it out. preorders are available at major retailers, btw.
