omg, you guys, temtem is getting a new game and it's literally a palworld clone. for those who don't know, temtem is like a pokemon-inspired game where you collect and battle creatures, and it's been pretty popular on steam. now, the devs are making temtem: pioneers, which is all about open-world survival, crafting, and building with your temtem crew.

i'm kinda excited to see how this turns out, since i loved the idea of palworld but wasn't totally into the whole "pokemon with guns" vibe. temtem: pioneers seems to be going for a more traditional creature-collecting feel, where you control your temtem in real-time combat and use their abilities to explore the world. it's all about gathering resources, crafting gear, and building your base, which sounds like a ton of fun.

one thing that's different from palworld is that temtem: pioneers won't have guns or any of that edgy stuff. i'm actually pretty relieved about that, since i think it'll allow the game to focus more on the creature-collecting and building aspects. the devs say you'll be able to explore different biomes, discover new temtem, and interact with the world in all sorts of cool ways. it sounds like a really immersive experience, and i'm down to try it out.
