omg, you guys, i just heard about this super chill game called one move away and i am totally obsessed with the idea of it. it's basically a cozy packing game where you have to neatly fit all your stuff into moving trucks and trailers, and it sounds like so much fun. i mean, who doesn't love a good puzzle, right?

so, the game takes you through the life of this nameless protagonist, starting from 1973 when you're just a baby playing with blocks and sorting them into containers. it's adorable, and it's also where you learn the rules of the game, like how to rotate and stack items, and how a little nudge can go a long way. as you progress, you'll be moving through different stages of the protagonist's life, like leaving their family home and moving into their first apartment.

i love how the game captures the stress of moving, though. i can totally imagine myself getting frustrated when things don't fit together perfectly, and just wanting to throw everything into the truck and hope for the best. apparently, that's exactly what the author of the article did, and it's kinda hilarious. they just started throwing boxes into the truck and using the poke function to cram them into any available space. i can totally see myself doing the same thing, and it's nice to know that the game allows for a bit of creativity and chaos.
