omg, you guys, have you heard about nivalis? it's this super chill slice-of-life sim game that's set in the same amazing city as cloudpunk, and i am totally obsessed with the whole aesthetic. the city is just so... dreamy and beautiful, you know? it's like, the perfect blend of sci-fi and fantasy, with a dash of mystery and wonder.



i've been following nivalis for a bit now, and i just found out that it's got a new name, which is pretty cool, i guess. i mean, i'm not totally sure why they changed it, but i'm just glad we've got a release date to look forward to now. and, oh man, it's coming out this autumn, which is just... wow. my gaming backlog is already huge, and now i've got another game to add to the list. i'm not complaining, though - i love having tons of games to play and look forward to.



so, nivalis is basically all about living your best life in this gorgeous city, doing all sorts of everyday tasks and just enjoying the atmosphere. it's not exactly an action-packed game, but that's okay - sometimes i just want to chill out and play something relaxing, you know? and the fact that it's set in the cloudpunk city just makes it even more appealing to me. i've heard that the gameplay is really immersive, too, which is a total plus in my book.
