i've been following the news on this thing, and i have to admit, i'm pretty intrigued. the idea of having a portable gaming pc that can handle all my favorite games is super appealing, especially since i love playing in bed or on the go. but, i mean, $1,799 is a lot to ask for, even if it does come with 32 gb of ram and a 1 tb hard drive.

apparently, some other retailers are listing it for a bit cheaper, like best buy, which has it for $1,700. but, honestly, that's still a pretty steep price to pay. i remember when handheld gaming pcs were more affordable, like the lenovo legion go s steamos, which used to be around $750 to $800. now it's over $1,500, which is just crazy.

i guess that's just the world we live in now, where high-powered handhelds come with a hefty price tag. it's hard to justify spending that kind of money, even if it is a really cool device. i mean, i love the idea of playing pc games on the go, but it's not like it's a necessity or anything. still, if you're really into portable gaming and have the cash to spare, i suppose it could be worth it.
