omg, you guys, call of duty is back with modern warfare 4 and it's looking like it's gonna be a total game changer. i mean, we've been waiting for this one for a while now, and it seems like the devs are really trying to make it a more authentic and grounded experience. one thing that's got me super hyped is that they're bringing back campaign early access - it's been three years since we've seen that, so it's gonna be awesome to dive in and get a feel for the story before everyone else.



so, i was checking out some of the new trailers and stuff, and it looks like modern warfare 4 is really focusing on movement in multiplayer. like, they're trying to make it feel more fluid and realistic, which could be really cool. and, of course, there's the new dmz extraction mode, which looks insane - all about action and strategy, and i am so down for that. preorders are available at major retailers, btw, so if you're as stoked as i am, you can already get in on that.



one thing that's kinda interesting, though, is that modern warfare 4 won't be on xbox game pass. i mean, i know some people were hoping it would be, but i guess that's not happening. the devs seem to be trying to make it clear that this is a premium experience, and they want to make sure everyone knows what they're getting into. and, honestly, i kinda respect that - it's nice to see a game that's not afraid to be a little different and take some risks.
