omg, you guys, i just found out that mina the hollower has a secret ending, and i'm both excited and terrified at the same time. i mean, who doesn't love a good surprise in a game, right? but apparently, getting to this secret ending is a total ordeal. like, i'm talking completionist-level stuff here.

so, from what i've gathered, to unlock the secret ending, you have to basically avoid doing a bunch of things that you'd normally do in the game. it's all about what you don't do, rather than what you do. for example, you can't seal the duke in the crypt, or defeat a certain boss, or even use the train at the wrong time. and don't even get me started on not being able to restore the hollower guild or get the fishing rod - it's like, what even is the point of playing the game then?

i'm not gonna lie, the list of things you can't do is pretty crazy. you can't destroy lamps or candles, because that's considered damaging the island. and you have to do certain things, like ask a specific character to accompany you, or rescue some kids, or give bones to beggars. it's all so specific and stringent, and i can see why only the most die-hard fans would even attempt to do it. i mean, i love mina the hollower, but i'm not sure if i'm ready for that level of commitment.
