omg, you guys, have you heard about slay the spire 2? it's like, this amazing deckbuilder game that's all about strategy and roguelike vibes. anyway, the devs, mega crit, are working on some new modes for it, and i am SO down. apparently, there are three new modes in the works, but let's not get too excited just yet - they're not making any promises that all of them will make it into the game.

so, the latest update for slay the spire 2 just dropped, and it's got some pretty cool tweaks. for one, they've fixed some crazy multiplayer bugs, like this one relic that used to give you infinite block (um, yeah, that's a bit overpowered). they've also capped the max hp at something a bit more reasonable - no more having over a billion health, sorry not sorry. and, as a bonus, the update also improves mod support, which is awesome for all you modding enthusiasts out there.

i have to say, i'm really loving the vibe of slay the spire 2 so far. the placeholder art, for example, is actually kind of charming - it's like, a fun reminder that the game is still a work in progress. and can we talk about how the game even came to be? apparently, the devs only decided to make it because of a coin flip - talk about a leap of faith, right? anyway, it's out now in early access, and i'm excited to see where it goes from here.

preorders are available at major retailers, if you're interested in checking it out. oh, and one more thing - the game has a four-player co-op mode, which sounds like an absolute blastRead more: Full article on www.rockpapershotgun.com
