omg, you guys, have you heard about the marvel tōkon beta? it's been making waves, despite some major issues on pc. the beta was only open for three days, but it still managed to break some pretty cool records on steam. i mean, who doesn't love a good fighting game, right?

but, let's get to the not-so-fun stuff. the pc version was pretty much a mess, with tons of stuttering and optimization problems. i feel bad for the devs, arc system works, because they're usually on top of their game (no pun intended). apparently, even people with beefy computers were experiencing issues, which is just wild. one player on reddit even called it one of the worst pc ports they've seen in a while, which is harsh, but i get it.

the good news is that the devs are aware of the problems and are actively working on a fix. they apologized for the issues and even shared some troubleshooting tips that might help some players. it's pretty cool that they're being so transparent and communicative with the community. i've seen some theories floating around that the issues might be caused by all the anti-cheat and playstation services running in the background, but who knows, maybe it's something entirely different.
