omg, you guys, have you heard about marvel tōkon: fighting souls? it's this super cool new fighting game that's got a ton of amazing characters from the marvel universe, like blade, deadpool, and loki. i'm totally obsessed with the idea of playing as these iconic heroes and villains, and the game's pixel art style is literally everything i've ever wanted.

so, the game's been making waves lately, especially after its recent appearance at sony's state of play event. we got to see some new characters announced, including magneto, green goblin, and carnage, which is pretty exciting. and the best part? the game's got a bunch of different modes, including a story mode and big online lobbies, which sounds like a total blast. i'm also loving the fact that they're planning to have a bunch of characters available at launch - 20, to be exact.

but, here's the thing: the game's not going to be available in a ton of countries, which is pretty frustrating. apparently, sony's got some kind of requirement for linking psn accounts, and that's causing the game to be blocked in a whopping 132 countries. that's, like, a lot of people who won't be able to play the game, which is a total bummer. on the bright side, though, the steam page is still up and visible, so at least pc players can still get in on the action.
