so i've been hearing about some new updates coming to elder scrolls online, and i have to admit, i'm a bit intrigued. as someone who's always been a fan of the single-player elder scrolls games, i've never really gotten into the whole mmo scene with eso. but, the idea of naval combat and underwater exploration is pretty cool, and it might just be enough to convince me to give it another try.

one of the new features that's been announced is called high seas of tamriel, which is set to arrive at some point in 2026. it's going to include naval combat and underwater exploration, which sounds like a lot of fun. i mean, who doesn't love the idea of sailing around and getting into ship battles? it's like something out of a pirate movie or something. and the fact that you'll be able to explore underwater too is just awesome - i can already imagine all the hidden treasures and secrets you'll be able to find.

but before all that, there's a new season of content coming to eso on april 2nd. it's called season zero (which is a bit confusing, but whatever), and it's going to feature a new pve event zone called the night market. it's set in a daedric realm called fargrave, and you'll be able to puzzle, battle bosses, and have races to earn rewards for one of three factions. it sounds like it could be pretty cool, but i'm not sure if it's really my thing. i mean, i love a good puzzle or boss battle, but i'm not really into all the competitive stuff.
