omg, you guys, have you heard the latest from io interactive? they're basically killing it with all these new games coming out. we've got 007 first light just around the corner, and i'm beyond excited to get my hands on it. but what's even more intriguing is that their fantasy rpg, which was announced ages ago, is apparently really far along too.

i have to admit, i'd almost forgotten about that fantasy rpg. with all the hitman news and updates, it kind of fell off my radar. but it seems like io has been quietly working on it in the background, and now it's shaping up to be something really special. the ceo, hakan abrak, mentioned in an interview that they're "very, very far" with the project, which is pretty encouraging. i'm curious to see what they've come up with - will it be a totally new ip, or maybe something connected to their existing games?

so, what does this mean for us gamers? well, first off, we can expect 007 first light to drop on may 27. and after that, it sounds like the fantasy rpg will be next in line. i'm not sure what to expect from it, but i'm hoping for something with a similar feel to hitman - you know, strategic gameplay, clever level design, and maybe a dash of dark humor. and then, of course, there's the promise of more hitman content to look forward to. apparently, the team at io is itching to get back to work on their flagship series, which is great news for fans like me.
