ok, so you guys know how much i adore disney dreamlight valley, right? it's like, this amazing game where you get to build your own little valley and befriend all these beloved disney characters. and the latest update, whispers of the wind, just brought pocahontas to the game! i'm totally stoked about it, and i know some of you are too.



so, to unlock pocahontas, you don't have to do the usual thing where you use dreamlight to reveal a new realm. instead, you get a letter from moana that sets you on a quest to find some suspicious glowing algae on dazzle beach. it's actually pretty quick and easy to find, and once you've got it, you can start the whispers in the wind quest. for me, the algae was on this little island in front of skull rock, tucked behind some orb pillars - but i guess it might be in a different spot for you.



anyway, once you've found the algae, you take it back to moana and she's all like "hey, there's this weird wind carrying flower petals" and you're like "cool, let's go check it out". so you follow her to her house, grab some boating tools, and head out to this new island. it's actually really beautiful, and i loved the music and the scenery. when you get to the island, you talk to moana again and she sends you to look for these swirling petal winds. it's not hard to find them, and when you do, you get to speak to the wind (which is, like, this really cool and mystical thing) and it gives you this pink memory orb.
