okay, so if you're like me and totally obsessed with assassin's creed, you've probably been waiting for the remake of black flag - and now it's finally here, with some pretty cool changes. one of the things that's got me most excited is the outfits - there are 28 of them to collect, and let me tell you, it's not going to be easy. i mean, some of them are still available from merchants or can be crafted, but others have been moved to random locations, which is kind of frustrating.

i was pretty surprised to find out that some of my favorite outfits, like the crimson cloak, are no longer where they used to be. and if you're looking for ezio's robes, you'll have to complete some quests to get them - which is actually pretty cool, because it gives you a reason to play through the game again. the remake has also borrowed some elements from other games in the series, like shadows, which adds a whole new layer of complexity to collecting all the outfits.

so, if you're trying to get all 28 outfits, you'll need to do a bit of exploring and puzzle-solving. some of them can be found in chests, while others can be bought from the general store - but only after you've completed certain missions. for example, you can get the brown cloak from a chest in havana, or buy the pirate outfit from the general store after completing a certain mission. and if you've pre-ordered the game, you'll get access to some exclusive outfits, like blackbeard's crimson outfit.
