omg, you guys, i just got stuck on this one part in directive 8020 on pc and i had to figure out how to find the right chemical agents for anders. it's part of episode 5, and it's actually pretty cool once you get past the whole puzzle thing. basically, anders wants you to help her get some sedatives for an "experiment" she's doing, and if you've been playing samantha cooper as a total goofball, you'll be able to agree to it. but if you've been keeping her professional, you might skip this part altogether.

so, to solve the puzzle, you need to find three chemicals with specific symbols, and you have to combine them to make a sedative. the thing is, you're not given the names of the chemicals, just the symbols, which can be super confusing if you're not into chemistry. luckily, there are some posters around the room that show the symbols with their names, which helps a lot. you have to look at the posters and figure out which three chemicals you need, and then input the right code into the keypad.

i have to admit, i got a bit mixed up at first and put in the wrong code, but once you figure it out, it's actually pretty straightforward. the code you need to input is 168, and the three chemicals you need are linked to that number. once you've got the right chemicals, you can combine them and take them back to anders, and then you get to see a cutscene and continue the story. it's pretty interesting, and i love how the game makes you feel like you're actually solving a puzzle.

anyway, i just wanted to share my experience with this part of the game, and hopefully help out anyoneRead more: Full article on www.pcgamer.com
