so i've been playing forza horizon 6 and i'm really loving the game, but there's this one challenge that's been driving me crazy - the floor it! task. basically, you need to earn three great speed skills in horizon racing, which sounds easy enough, but trust me, it's not. you have to drive super fast, at least 100mph, and maintain that speed for a few seconds, which is harder than it sounds.



to make things worse, you need to do this in multiplayer races, which can be pretty unpredictable. sometimes you'll get stuck in a lower class race, and it's almost impossible to reach the speeds you need. but don't worry, i've figured out a few tips that can help you complete this challenge. first, make sure you're in a high enough class race, or you'll be struggling to get those speed skills. and try to stay up to date with the latest updates and tips, it can make a big difference.



i also tried completing the gazoo racer challenge, which requires you to earn six speed skills using the 2022 toyota gr86. this one's a bit more manageable, but still tricky. i found that upgrading the speed and acceleration of the car helps a lot, and then just finding a long, straight road and flooring it. you can technically earn all six speed skills in one go if you can maintain your speed, but it's more likely you'll need to accelerate to 100mph multiple times.
