so i just heard that gta 6 is going to be super expensive to make - we're talking over $1 billion here. that's insane, right? i mean, i know rockstar games likes to go all out with their titles, but that's a crazy amount of money. i'm guessing they're going to try to make it back with a pretty high price tag, but the ceo of take-two, strauss zelnick, says they're going to try to charge way less than the game is actually worth.

i'm a bit skeptical about that, to be honest. i mean, we've already seen rumours of a $100 price point, and while that's not confirmed, it's definitely possible. preorders are available at major retailers, so i guess we'll just have to wait and see what the final price is. i'm also a bit curious about the whole console situation - apparently, gta 6 has a marketing deal with playstation 5, which is pretty interesting. it sounds like pc might not be the main focus for rockstar, which is a bit disappointing for me since i'm a pc gamer at heart.

it's also worth noting that rockstar games got hacked again, which is pretty worrying. thankfully, it sounds like only a limited amount of non-important info was compromised, but still - it's not exactly reassuring. and with all the uncertainty around the gaming industry right now, who knows what's going to happen next. there are also some changes coming to age ratings in europe, which might be a bit confusing - but thankfully, the esrb says that the ratings in the us won't be changing.

anyway, back to gta 6 - i'm still pretty hyped for it, despite all the dramaRead more: Full article on www.eurogamer.net
