omg, you guys, i just heard the craziest thing - a google exec thinks he's found the solution to all the game industry's problems, and it's kinda hilarious that it's something we all saw coming. basically, this guy jack buser is in charge of helping game devs and publishers use ai and cloud stuff to make their games better. and he's all like, "hey, the game industry is in trouble, but don't worry, ai is here to save the day!"

so, apparently the game industry is finally making more money again, but at the same time, profits are down, games are getting cancelled, and lots of people are losing their jobs. it's pretty wild. buser says that if you're not making roblox games or selling games in china, you're probably struggling to stay afloat. it's like, what's going on, right? he thinks that the way the game industry works right now is just not sustainable, and that we need to change things up if we want to keep making awesome games.

i guess what buser is saying is that ai can help with all sorts of things, like marketing and figuring out what games people actually want to play. he also thinks that ai can help smaller studios make games that are just as good as the big-budget ones, which would be amazing. can you imagine if your fave indie game could compete with the likes of, say, a big aaa title? it's a pretty cool idea. buser even compared ai to iron man's suit, which is just hilarious - like, put on the ai suit and suddenly you're a superhero game dev!
