okay, so i just got done reading about the framework 13 pro laptop and i'm basically obsessed. it's like, this gorgeous machine that's all about being upgradeable and repairable, which is something i'm super passionate about as a gamer. i mean, who doesn't love the idea of being able to swap out parts and customize their laptop to their heart's content?



one of the things that really stands out about the framework 13 pro is its use of the panther lake chip, which is apparently a total game-changer. it's got amazing performance, super long battery life, and it's almost silent, which is perfect for those of us who like to play games or watch videos in bed without disturbing anyone. and the best part is, it's compatible with all of framework's past devices, so you can upgrade and customize to your heart's content.



but, let's get real, the price tag on this thing is pretty steep. like, it's definitely an investment, and not something you'd want to buy on a whim. especially with the cost of the lpcaam2 memory modules, which are apparently pretty pricey. and the screen, while nice, isn't exactly the most premium option out there. i've gotten used to oleds and retina displays, so it's a bit of a letdown in that department.
