omg, you guys, forza horizon 6 is finally here and it's kicking off with series 1: welcome to japan. i'm so stoked to dive into this new season and see what kind of awesome cars and challenges they have in store for us. basically, series 1 is like a live service season, where we'll have to complete tasks and events in the festival playlist to score points and unlock exclusive rides.



i have to admit, the festival playlist can be a bit confusing at first, but don't worry, it's actually pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. you'll need to earn your first wristband to unlock the festival playlist, which should only take you about an hour or so. then, you'll have access to a ton of challenges and events, including races, pr stunts, and more. each week, there will be new rewards to unlock, like two reward cars each week, which are bound to be some of the best cars in the game.



this week, from may 21-28, we've got a bunch of cool events to check out. there's the soni circuit monthly rivals, the gazoo racer weekly challenge, and the hot like summer road seasonal championship, to name a few. each of these events will give you points, which you can use to unlock rewards like the 1989 toyota mr2 sc, the 2022 pagani huayra r, and the 2021 mclaren sabre. i'm personally really excited to get my hands on some of these cars and see how they handle on the track.
