omg, you guys, have you heard the latest about final fantasy 14? it's coming to the nintendo switch 2 in august, which is pretty huge news for fans of the series. i mean, i know some people were worried that it would never happen, but it looks like square enix has finally made it a reality.

one thing to note, though, is that there's a bit of a catch. i'm not entirely sure what it is yet, but apparently it's not going to be a straightforward release or something. i'm guessing we'll have to wait for more info to come out before we know exactly what's going on. still, it's pretty exciting to think about playing final fantasy 14 on the switch 2 - i can already imagine myself curled up on the couch, playing with my friends online.

on a related note, it seems like the final fantasy 14 community has been dealing with some drama lately. apparently, there have been some server outages due to ddos attacks, which is just so frustrating for players. and to make matters worse, some fans are worried that one of the voice actors is getting distracted by his other projects. i don't know, maybe i'm just not into the whole voice acting scene, but it seems like a bit of a stretch to me.
