so i just heard that final fantasy 10/10-2 hd remaster is coming to the switch 2 next month, and i'm pretty stoked about it. i mean, who doesn't love a good final fantasy game, right? this remaster includes both final fantasy x and x-2, which are two amazing ps2 rpgs that i've had the pleasure of playing before.

one thing that's kind of a bummer, though, is that the save data from the original switch version won't be compatible with the switch 2 version. like, what even is the point of playing through the whole game again? i'm not exactly thrilled about the idea of redoing all the chocobo racing and blitzball stuff just to unlock certain characters' ultimate weapons. it's just so... tedious.
